Cream Tea Afternoon 2010
Rowland has spoken to Stan & Hazel regarding this year’s event and all being well the event will go ahead in June or July. The same format as last year is proposed with a cake stall, garden produce, plants, cards, clothes rack and raffle of donated prizes. Last year visitor numbers were about the most that could be coped with by the hard working band people serving refreshments and doing the washing up and it was standing room only some of the time. In view of this wider publicity of the event is probably not necessary; local posters and word of mouth should prove to be adequate.

Raffle Fund Balance
The balance of our raffle fund was £199.72 and with the addition of  Rosemary’s donation of £5 and today’s £18 now rises to £222.72. Rowland advised that next month he would be asking for a refund of expenses to cover the period from 18 September 2009 to 19 March 2010.
