Post meeting note

Dear Rowland
I hope all is well with you.  We are holding a meeting for our members on Saturday 13th June, at Creech St Michael Village Hall.  As you probably know, Creech St M is east of Taunton between the A358 and the A38.  The village hall is well sign-posted from the middle of the village, and there is ample free parking.
The event will start at 11.30 am and will last through a finger buffet lunch (which is f.o.c.).  We will be giving our members (newly increased numbers since our membership drive meeting that we held on March 28th) an update on what we are doing, seeking their help and support in various activities, and having a good old natter!
If you, and/or any of your members would like to come, you would be very welcome.  We just need numbers (and preferably names) for lunch, so that we can ensure that the food doesn’t run out.  I enclose the letter that went out inviting people, together with our most recent Annual Report and Newsletter, which you may be interested to see.
